Career, Intern, Volunteer and Service Corps Opportunities in Social Impact & Environmental Sustainability
Career Service’s Center for Impact Careers and the Center for Leadership and Service host the Social & Environmental Impact Fair for students interested opportunities in social impact and environmental sustainability.
This is a chance for students of all years, disciplines and interests to engage with nonprofits, government agencies, for-profits with a mission and campus organizations to discuss volunteer, intern membership and career opportunities. Past events have hosted approximately 50-70 organizations with diverse missions including, environmental conservation, youth outreach, community and international development, social ventures and enterprises, civic engagement, education, clean energy, and healthcare to name a few.
This an excellent networking event that allows you browse booths and materials and to discuss impact opportunities with a representative from the attending organizations. Please keep in mind that each organization varies in the opportunities they have available – i.e. some will have jobs while others will need volunteers, members or interns.
Are you an employers, community partner, student organization or UT campus office? Would you like to host a booth at this event to share your opportunities with students?
